1. Branch Manager I (Re-advertised)
- Duty Station: Chora
- Job Purpose: Lead and manage overall branch performance and operations, ensuring high customer service, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Assistant Branch Manager, CSM, or CSS).
- Required Competencies: Branch Operations & Service Management, Sales & Business Development, Risk & Compliance Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Team Leadership.
2. Senior Banking Business Officer

- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: 3 years in banking, with at least 2 years at officer level in a similar role.
- Required Competencies: Transaction Authorization, Regulatory Compliance, Banking Software, Customer Focus, Risk Awareness, and Operational Oversight.
3. Banking Business Officer I (Re-advertised)
- Duty Station: Yebbu
- Job Purpose: Promote products and services, fulfill customer requests, process transactions, and deliver high-quality service in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of branch banking experience, including at least 1 year as a junior officer.

4. Junior Banking Business Officer (Re-advertised)

- Work Experience: 1 year of work experience in the banking area as a Bank Trainee.
